23-year-old Xiao Xiaoyan is still a junior student of Guizhou Forerunner Vocational College, but she is also already a supervisor of a tea company. One and half years ago, Xiao was an intern at the company. Because of her excellent performance, she was soon promoted and became a regional supervisor with a monthly income over 5,000 yuan. Last year she got an 18,000 yuan bonus for her great performance in sales.
