After disappointing performance in the A-share market and scandals in 2013, underwriters in China have shifted into high gear with the resumption of initial public offering activity earlier this year.
According to data from Thomson Reuters, in the first half of 2014, securities underwriters in China sold more than $25.27 billion worth of stocks.
