Two nuclear power plant projects will soon be launched in Northeast China's Liaoning province to optimize the energy structure in the area. By the end of 2013, International Atomic Energy Agency data shows, China was constructing the most nuclear power reactors in the world, a total of 29, but the county ranks only seven among the 10 countries that have most nuclear reactors in operation.
