The death toll from Saturday's earthquake in Nepal has left 4,264 dead, including 20 mountaineers, and more than 7,000 have been injured, said the National Emergency Operation Center of Nepal's Home Ministry on Tuesday morning.
Slowly things are coming back to normal but still thousands of people are taking shelter at open spaces due to the fear of aftershocks.
Many escaped their ramshackle house for safety on Saturday, but have since been experiencing a tough time with hunger, thirst and scarcity of life necessities.
